3 days of work... Where would I be 1 or 2 yrs away from now? After the chat with Panu (my colleague) yesterday over lunch, there are now 2 paths which I can map out.. One is to continue in cost.. means from corporate cost engineer to project cost engineer to senior cost engineer and finally to cost manager.. Second is to be corporate cost engineer to project cost engineer to planner to project control and finally to project control manager.. Evaluations: 1st route is more specialized, takes lesser time to reach the management level (which means lesser time to get higher pay), no stress throughout, easy job.. But boring, no new challenges, management cap... 2nd route: takes a much longer time to reach management BUT exciting, new challenges..

Which one will I choose?
